We are looking for

Product Development Manager


  1. Lead product development projects from market research to conceptual design to product launch;
  2. Collaborate with industry experts to ensure product designs meet the expectations of professional dancers;
  3. Conduct regular market trend analysis to ensure product lines are innovative and competitive; 
  4. Manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure projects meet desired financial goals;
  5. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, engineering; marketing, and sales, to ensure smooth running of projects;
  6. Maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality and delivery time.


  1. Bachelor's degree in product design, industrial design or related field;
  2. Minimum of 5 years of product development experience, including 2+ years of management experience;
  3. Strong understanding and passion for pole dancing or similar dance field;.
  4. Strong project management skills and leadership;
  5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with team members from diverse backgrounds;
  6. Proficiency with product design and project management tools such as CAD and Asana.

Marketing Specialist

  1. Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand presence;
  2. Analyze consumer behavior and market trends and adjust marketing plans to maximize ROI;
  3. Manage social media platforms to increase community engagement and online visibility;
  4. Organize and coordinate promotional activities, both online and offline;
  5. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report progress to the team on a regular basis.


  1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field;
  2. At least 3 years of marketing experience and familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies;
  3. Excellent creativity and strategic thinking skills;
  4. Strong data-driven awareness and analytical skills;
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer Service Representative

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and issues;
  2. Maintain customer satisfaction and brand reputation;
  3. Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product and service improvements;
  4. Manage customer relationship system to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date;
  5. Assist in developing customer service processes and strategies.


  1. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience;
  2. Good communication skills and empathy;
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task;
  4. Proficient in the use of CRM software and related customer service tools.

Logistics Coordinator

  1. Monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery;
  2. Coordinate with suppliers to optimize inventory management;
  3. Resolve logistics issues to ensure customer satisfaction;
  4. Analyze logistics processes to drive improvements in cost and time efficiency;
  5. Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field;
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management;
  3. Demonstrated ability to optimize warehouse operations and transportation processes;
  4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Financial Analyst

  1. Perform financial reporting, budgeting and cost analysis;
  2. Provide financial decision support to management;
  3. Monitor financial performance indicators and identify financial risks;
  4. Manage and optimize the company's financial processes and systems;
  5. Perform market analysis and competitor analysis.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field;
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis;
  3. Proficient in financial reporting and budget management;
  4. Proficient in the use of financial software and Excel.

Human Resources Specialist

  1. Recruitment, training and implementation of employee development programs;
  2. Employee relationship management and performance appraisal;
  3. Develop HR policies and ensure compliance;
  4. Manage compensation and benefit programs;
  5. Organize employee activities and team building.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field;
  2. At least 3 years of experience in human resource management;
  3. Deep knowledge of employee relations and labor law
